Application Assessment – It’s Easy!
Simply contact us vie email or phone, contact information is below. You point us to the code repository, usually Github or a Zip folder. We run the assessment, email you a report and schedule a video conference call with one of our professionals to present the findings, usually 30 – 60 minutes.
Application Portfolio Assessment
Assess a portfolio of applications, in addition to individual application reports, graphically display the applications in the portfolio minimally including a prioritization matrix, propose a roadmap, prioritize component level work in high priority applications, estimate costs.
Application Contract Assessment
Review software development contracts and statements of work, highlight key terms and conditions including duties, warranties and remedies, assess key deliverables against contract terms and conditions including code, recommend improvements, remediations and next steps if any.
Ongoing Assurance Services
Once an assessment is complete, we can help with next steps including audits of future versions of assessed applications, third party oversight of application remediation or modernization projects or adding additional applications to the assessment in a planned sequence.
